At LM Couture, we take pride in creating bespoke and fully customized designs tailored to your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not encourage returns or exchanges. Each garment is meticulously crafted upon order to meet your unique specifications.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We will accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
1. Incorrect Item Received:
- If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, and we will cover any return shipping fees.
2. Size Issues:
- In the event that the size you receive does not match the size you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing alterations guidance or arranging for an exchange. Return shipping fees will be covered by LM Couture in such cases.

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached.
